History Archive: Communist Party of Pakistan's 1948 Document 'Who Rules Pakistan?'

This is one of the earliest position papers of the Communist Party of Pakistan. It was published in August 1948 in Bombay. (I cannot say where else it may have been published). The document is titled 'Who Rules Pakistan?'  and is a detailed comment on Pakistan's polity a year after Independence.

The document has been obtained from File CPI/147/1948 of the P.C. Joshi Archives, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi.
