Milky way scientists - African Nightfall

As the last light of twilight faded from the sky and the stars slowly started twinkling in the sky, the colors changed from a soft blue to a magenta and then over to this orange. It was my first time seeing this color in a night sky. It only lasted for about 20 minutes before fading to the more common blue/black night sky.
